Make Thin Hair Appear Fuller with a Curly Look!

You can easily make your thin-looking hair appear fuller with just a large 1-1/2" or 2" curling iron, rat tail comb, and some hair clips. Just do this:

  1. Wash your hair and be sure to condition it well. Rinse.
  2. Apply a heat serum to your damp hair. I use the Mizani brand.
  3. Blow dry your hair with a detangling comb and a brush. I usually first detangle my hair with the comb, then use the brush to straighten the hair and dry it out even more all while holding the blow dryer to it on medium heat.
  4. Then decide where you want your bang to cross over. Use a clip and clip that section of hair up.
  5. Then section your hair into 3 parts. The back part and two front sides.
  6. Start curling the back part and do a small section of hair at a time. Curl it as if you're trying to make candy curls. Not under like a bob. Curl the bang the same way.
  7. Then when you've done your entire head, use the rat tail comb to pick out your curls lightly. This will add a lot of volume. The curls will fall perfectly like loose curls.

Basically, in the end you will have a head full of thick, cute loose curls. Your hair will look fuller and should have some bounce to it as well. I do this look all the time and get many compliments. I don't like to add weave to my hair because it get itchy and uncomfortable. Also, I like to wash my hair regularly.

Look at how cute:
